130g Pitted dates

230g Crunchy/ smooth peanut butter(the body coach adds 250g but i added less )

45g Rolled oats

60g Unsalted peanuts

130 Dark chocolatemelted

Saw this recipe on Joe wicks Instagram feed and thought it looks really good so I thought i could give it a go. These chocolate peanut bars are very rich so small pieces would be the way to go, other than that they taste just as it sounds chocolate and peanut, whats not to love 🙂

Stir in the peanuts then press the mixture into the tin to create an even layer. Break the chocolate into a glass bowl or jug and melt in the microwave. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture so it covers the whole surface. Place in the fridge and leave to set for 1 hour, then once it has set, remove from tin then cut into bars and enjoy. Keep in the fridge to keep them fresh. |
