Ingredients
-
100g Butter
-
225g Self raising flour
-
100g Soft brown sugar
-
150g ChocolateOr any extras of your choice like raisins
-
2 Eggs
-
2 tbsp Honey
-
2 Bananas
Directions
These are great way to use some super ripe bananas that are now not very nice to eat on there own but your not gonna make just a banana cake, these muffins are also easy to change what you put in them if you didn’t want chocolate you could exchange it for dried fruit or currents. They are also very good to freeze and have as a extra pudding thats just there when you have no cake that you have made.
Making double the recipe would mean that you can use up all your bananas and it means you have a large stash in the freezer of these muffins.
