90g Plain chocolate
150g Unsalted butter
125g Plain flour
15g Coco powder
300g Soft light brown sugar
1 Pinch of salt
1tsp Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
½ tsp Baking powder
100g White chocolate/ Milk chocolate

    These luxurious chocolate brownies make your mouth water just at the smell, as they come out the oven. As you bite into them you can taste the oozy rich chocolate which is filling your mouth.

    Preheat the oven to 180c. Grease and line base of baking tin.

    Break plain chocolate into a bowl, add butter and melt in microwave. Leave to cool slightly.

    Sieve flour, coco powder, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.

    In another bowl, beat the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla extract. Stir ingredients until just combined.

    Fold melted chocolate into beaten egg mixture. Fold in the flour mixture and white chocolate or milk chocolate chunks. There should be no visible flour.

    Spoon the mixture into the tin, smooth with knife and bake for 25mind. Allow to cool in the tin, cut into squares
